Stylepoint considers collaboration with society and the common well-being as essential for the organization's long-term viability. We aim to be a part of a responsible society. By embodying corporate social responsibility, Stylepoint is building values for a healthier, safer, and more comfortable living and working environment, thus enhancing our competitive edge.

Objective

Initiatives and measures related to CSR are gradually being aligned and developed. The objective is to optimize the balance between the ecological, social, and economic aspects that the organization influences.

Ambition Level

The management has expressed its commitment to gradually elevate the CSR level within the organization. Every decision will be evaluated for its impact on the environment and society, seeking positive influence.

Principles/Guidelines

Introduction

Stylepoint has a reputation for conducting business in an honest and ethical manner. A strong reputation is invaluable, as precious as our employees, suppliers, and the brands and products we represent. Through the development of a sustainability report, Stylepoint seeks to provide comprehensive insight into its activities and decisions that affect the environment and society.

Our concise yet clear principles/guidelines must be more than just words. They must play a significant role in our daily business practices, and every employee is expected to abide by and support these principles.

Compliance with the Law

Stylepoint and its employees are obliged to adhere to Dutch and international laws and regulations.

Employee

Stylepoint aims for diversity among its employees, creating a workplace where people treat each other with trust and respect. Everyone should feel responsible for the outcomes and reputation of our company. We exclusively hire new employees based on the skills and qualifications necessary for the job at hand. It is our intention to continuously develop and enhance the skills and capacities of each of our employees. Adequate communication will be ensured through company-level information and consultation procedures.

Social Environment

Stylepoint annually supports various projects in our society through initiatives such as the Stylepoint Foundation.

Suppliers

As a European purchaser, we set requirements for our producers and suppliers. We remain vigilant about sustainability aspects, including:Bij de productie van goederen wordt geen gebruik gemaakt van kinderarbeid of verkapte slavernij.

  • No use of child labor or hidden slavery in goods production. 
  • No discrimination of employees. 
  • Suppliers adhere to the relevant laws of their own countries. 
  • Suppliers meet all environmental laws. 
  • Suppliers provide documented information about their product composition. 
  • Suppliers agree that we or an authorized party can verify their compliance with our codes of conduct.
Environment

While our role in the supply chain limits our direct impact, we strive to consciously manage aspects such as packaging, document printing, etc. We exclusively use recycled paper and packaging materials when available.

Competition

Stylepoint believes in robust yet fair competition. Stylepoint employees will act in accordance with principles of fair competition and all applicable regulations.

Business Integrity

Our financial records and supporting documents must accurately describe the nature of underlying transactions. Unrecorded accounts, funds, or assets will not be created or held. No employee is allowed to offer, give, or receive a gift or payment. Any such request or offer must be promptly declined and reported to the management.

Conflicts of Interest

All Stylepoint employees are expected to avoid personal activities and financial interests that could conflict with their responsibilities towards the company.
